Brown recluse spider bite on shine need help with

Hi my name is Mike Scogins I have serious chronic health issues.I have type 2 diabetes, a necrotic pancreas that I have had a experimental whipple procedure that removed the head of the pancreas. Recently I was bite by a brown recluse spider that could possibly make me lose my leg very hard to cure with all my health issues and have been out of work please help
