Hill House Fire
Donation protected
At about 7pm on May 13th, the home of Jim and Trayce Hill caught fire. Their home and all but one of their vehicles were completely destroyed. Jim, Trayce, their son Tyler, and two of their dogs, Willow and Luna, were able to evacuate the home in time. Tragically, their beloved boxer, Chloe, did not survive.
After 30 years Jim and Trayce had just finished paying off their mortgage. At the time of the fire there was a lapse in homeowners insurance coverage meaning they will be receiving nothing from insurance.
30 years worth of hard work and memories were lost in the blink of an eye. Everything but the clothes that they were wearing have been lost. They are currently living out of a hotel with their two dogs with no idea how to move forward.
If you feel led to donate to help my in-laws during this unbelievably hard time please know it is greatly appreciated. Any money donated will be going directly toward their hotel costs, essentials, and debris cleanup. If all you are able to do is share this, please know that means just as much.
