David's Medical Fund

David's life changed in an instant, involved in a single vehicle accident he was thrown from his vehicle.  The landing caused massive head damage and crushed 2 vertebrae in his back.  David was taken by ambulance to the local hospital and immediately medevac’d to the trauma center in Wichita KS.  The doctors in the trauma unit told the immediate family that he probably wouldn't make it and everyone started preparing for the upcoming funeral, everyone knew death was imminent….except David.  Slowly David started defying the experts, first he kept breathing when they took him off the respirator, next his swelling went down, and finally he started showing life through reflexes and opening his eye.  David still has a long way to go but he is going to live and there is hope that he can return to his normal active self.  The accident occurred on June 27th 2015 and if he stays on track we hope to have him home by Christmas.
