Rachel's Road to Recovery

Hi, my name is Chandra, and I am fundraising for my friend's daughter, Rachel. Rachel is 27, recently married her sweetheart Caleb, and one year ago, Rachel gave birth to their first son. She had dedicated her life to helping shape young minds at a nearby preschool but is currently at home giving her son the best possible start in life. In what should be one of the happiest times of her life, Rachel found herself partially paralyzed and unable to walk just over one week ago. Since that time, she has been in the hospital undergoing multiple tests and praying for the doctors to find a diagnosis so that her recovery can begin. So far, no answers have been found. Next week she will be going to a rehab center to work on regaining strength and control of her muscles. In the midst of this, Caleb and Rachel are getting ready to close on their first house. To say that this is a stressful time would be an understatement.

Their young family could use some help with establishing themselves in their new home, keeping Rachel's mom in town to help with the baby (she is currently there helping but lives in California), and helping with any medical bills they will surely acquire.
