I am a Mother of 5 that has been ordered to turn myself in to be incarcerated for unpaid attorney fees this Friday 5, 2016 unless this money is raised.  These fees were ordered to be paid because my Attorney and I did not show up to court,  a continuance was filed due to my attorney having chemotherapy but the Judge denied the continuance saying that proper procedure was not followed. Procedure may not have been correct because my attorney has been so sick, as I am not an attorney, I wouldn't know.  I was also found in contempt because both parties of the case were ordered by the Judge to sign a hipaa release and I noted on the bottom of my release form that I was only signing it because I was court ordered.  The last reason was because I was not able to turn in my court ordered discoveries in a timely manner because the School Board did not send my work information to me until my attorney contacted them on my behalf even though I contacted them repeatedly.  All of these things were beyond my control and I was found in contempt and liable for the other parties attorney fees.  The Judge has ordered that if the money is not paid by Friday at noon, I will be incarcerated and I will remain there until the debt is paid.  Please help me raise this money so that I do not lose my job and can be home with my children and not sitting in jail. No amount is too small and Prayers are greatly apreciated. If all of my family and close friends donate a small amount we should be able to raise this before this date.
