Help me with CANCER

Hi, my name is Kimberly Hudak Brown. My friends call me Kim You may know me from Westfield, U of Maryland, the WDC area or now Florida.

I was diagnosed ( again ) with stage 2/3 Cervical Cancer. I have been on steroids and I’m waiting on my medical path. I have United Healthcare ( thru Obamacare ) and it doesn’t cover much. I have a patient advocate and she said I am looking at 25 K out of pocket expenses. How can anyone afford this?

I have never asked for support financially and now I really need help. I’m having another LEEP surgery, more biopsies and radiation for the next 12 months. My insurance doesn’t even cover the LEEP procedure. I already have paid 5K out of pocket. As a proud American, our health insurance should cover all expenses for anyone living and paying taxes in this great county. It doesn’t.

I’ve never done this before ( gofundme ) but I’m at my breaking point. I’m in constant pain, not sleeping due to steroids and so stressed out about the financial burden of this medical nightmare. I will survive. I just need some help getting the surgery and radiation. It’s a long road.
