Ava's Legacy for Williams Syndrome

Donation protected
Ava Jewel is my cousin and has been my inspiration since the day she was born. She changed my life, and inspired me to pursue a career in nursing.  Ava Jewel was a true warrior, fighting a battle against Williams Syndrome for 10 years with a smile on her face and dancing around everywhere. She spent a lot of time in the hospital, but never let it get her down. As a baby, she had several painful heart surgeries and went through many struggles throughout her lifetime. She inspired every single person she came across. Her happy demeanor just made people forget about everything bad in the world. With Ava, no matter what else was going on, you couldn't help but laugh, dance, and sing. Ava became an angel on 12/18/15, losing her pain and gaining her wings (and eternal dancing shoes of course). There is still a ton of research that needs to be done, and Ava will be contributing to this work at CHOP. I would like to make a donation under Ava's name to the Williams Syndrome Association to help other families with this condition have hope. Any amount that anyone can give would be wonderful in helping Ava leave behind her legacy.
