On Saturday, May 8, 2022 one of Fauquier's families was in a terrible head-on collision in Upperville. Helena Shelton and her three children (2 of which attend Claude Thompson Elementary and one at Marshall Middle School).  We are so thankful the Sheltons survived, however each person sustained severe injuries resulting in several surgeries. You can imagine what the father has been going through as he travels day and night from Fairfax to Upperville, trying to take care of every person in his family. They need our support.
