Welcome to ALPHA KAPPA NU (AKN), the creme de la crop, top dog on the University of Eastern California’s frat row. It’s Friday night and like with all frats, a party is raging on. Unlike most frats, these floors are sticky with beer and blood.
Brothers in Blood follows five frat brothers as they struggle to hide a dead body before the cops arrive to bust their party.
So why this story?
As students at the University of Southern California, we’ve grown familiar with the rampant injustice and abuses of power which proliferate within our school’s fraternities. With Brothers in Blood, we seek to illuminate the misogyny which underlies fraternal culture, utilizing body horror as a vessel to communicate the abject sense of objectification women experience at the behest of men.

Brother’s in Blood–the cultivation of my passion for film and gender advocacy–is an opportunity for me to make a statement on behalf of those who have been silenced. - Portia
Having observed the misogynistic language and violence that can proliferate within an all male-environment, I see Brothers in Blood as an opportunity to effectively satirize and comment on this culture through the camera. – Dilan
