My name is Tonya, I am teacher and I love what I do! Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July, 2013. Shortly after my diagnosis my mother passed away. While going through my treatments, which included 20 weeks of Chemotherapy, I have continued to work. In doing so, I have exhausted all of my leave, and will be on unpaid leave while I have surgery next week and recover (at least four weeks). In between focusing on my health, I have two boys that require a big part of my time. I appreciate all of your help and support during this trying time. My family and I are forever grateful to all of you.
