Hello, I hope you are well! My name is Farah and I come from France. I share this story so that our community can help raise funds for my friend Ahmed and his family. Here are his words: "So, to all those who care about humanity, My name is Ahmed Iyad Al-Zaq. I am a 22-year-old software engineer. I lost my job, my office and the headquarters of my company because of the war. I am writing this to you at a time when we are in great need of it. I and my family of 9 are currently stuck in the horrible Gaza conflict zone. My father, Iyad, my mother, Tahani, and my brothers, Anas, 23 years old. The twins, Shahad, 20 years old, Waad, 20 years old, Zeina, 12 years old, Maria, 8 years old and Hamdi. 3 years old. My family is facing unimaginable circumstances. We are desperately looking for your support to help us evacuate to a safe place. I feel powerless while my family endures the trials of the crisis. The situation has become serious and I fear every day for their safety. Since October 7, my family's house has been bombed and demolished. The occupying forces ordered them to move south, to the city of Deir al-Balah, to live in a small "nylon" tent in one of the displaced people's camps. Since then, we have faced unimaginable difficulties, struggling to survive in a context of chaos, aid shortage, food shortage and limited access to drinking water. The ongoing conflict plunges us into constant fear and uncertainty about our future. Our immediate goal is to flee to a safe place (Egypt), far from constant aggression, where we can begin the process of rebuilding our broken lives. The funds will be used to meet basic needs such as temporary housing, food, medical care and urgent travel via the Rafah border crossing to Egypt, which requires high travel expenses of $5,000 per adult and $2,500 for a child under the age of 12. family of 9 people as you know (6 adults). (3 children) We need $40,000 This huge amount exceeds our means and we urgently need your help to make this evacuation possible. Your donation, no matter how small, will have a huge impact and will help reunite my family in a safe environment. Please share this campaign with your friends, family and colleagues to help us achieve our goal and keep my family safe. Your support means everything to me and I am very grateful for any help you can provide during this difficult time. My family is not made up of numbers, it has dreams. Together, we can make a difference and help my family find safety
