Funeral service costs

Hello friends and family, as many of you know by now my mother, Ernestina Maldonado, has lost her fight against cancer and on October 27 at 3:59 PM she peacefully passed away. She always stayed positive during her battle and assured us that she would beat it. After losing our stepfather Lionel in august things took a turn for the worse, and she lost brain function before she could make arrangements for her end of life. We did all we could to recover her brain function, and to give her a chance at having more time with us, but ultimately, the damage was too severe, and she had instructed us to not let her live on life-support.

She fought hard for seven years, and never once gave up. it pains me to have to ask, but even with her condition it was extremely hard to even get her declared disabled and money was an issue for our family. My mom was the type of person that didn’t care much for materialistic things. As long as she had us she was happy. losing her and my stepdad this year has dealt a serious blow to my family. We ask that anyone who can please donate so that we can lay her to rest and say our final goodbyes.

To my mom I love you so dearly and I’m just happy that you’re at peace now because I know how much pain and suffering the end of your life brought. We’re staying strong for you mom and we’re going to bring you home.
