It is a dream of mine to live happily and comfortably and I am endlessly working to make that my reality. I wish to be able to alleviate my dysphoria so I can truly live with myself. It is my goal to get top surgery by the end of the year with Dr Garramone. Anything helps me achieve a simple life and I would appreciate it graciously.
