Help Frank Get Back On His Feet!

Frank Monzo has become a fixture in Philadelphia's coffee scene. If you have ever met him, you're sure to have been met with a smile and a witty joke. Frank would do anything for the people in his life, and it's time to show up and out for this gem of a human.
I've known Frank for just under a decade and he is one of the good ones. Frank is always there for his friends and the people in his life. He is one of the most caring, kind, funny, and amazing people I have ever met.
On July 3rd he sustained an injury that has made him immobile and unable to work. He has a ruptured ACL, partially torn medial meniscus, and completely torn lateral meniscus. Not being insured at the date of injury has delayed his surgery by 2.5 months, and has lead to numerous additional health issues consisting of reduced circulation, muscle atrophy, and scar tissue. This will complicate his recovery process even further.
His surgery is currently scheduled for November 27th with orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Carey (MD, MPH) at Penn Hospital. His recovery time is 9-12 weeks, but medical professionals have stated that 12 weeks is the most realistic timeline until he can go back to work.
He will require 6 months of extensive rehabilitation in total, 2.5 before the operation, and an additional 3.5 after.
Frank is currently being supported by his amazing partner, Marissa, but it is not sustainable for the long term. To ease this burden, I have started this gofundme with Frank's permission to help cover 3 months of his rent, utilities, and regular bills.
If you can, please consider donating or sharing to support Frank on his road to recovery and to get him back on his feet (literally)!
