Hi, my name is Caliyah, and I’m raising funds for my dog Kash, who was recently attacked by two large dogs. Kash is only 1 year old — he’s still just a puppy — and this has been devastating for our family.
Kash accidentally dug a hole under our fence and got into a neighboring yard, where he was attacked and severely injured. As a result, he suffered a broken arm and multiple open wounds. One of his wounds has become infected, making his condition even more serious. We rushed him to the vet, and they have told us he will need surgery, daily bandage changes, and rehabilitation in order to heal properly.
The estimated cost of his medical care is between $6,000 and $10,000. His bandages alone must be changed every day, costing about $50 per day, and he will also require rehab after surgery, which adds to the expense. We are doing everything we can, but the costs are overwhelming.
I got Kash when he was just 4 months old, and even though we haven’t had him for his whole life, he is truly part of our family. He is loving, playful, and full of life, and none of us are ready to give up on him. I don’t want to put him down or give him away — I just want to give him the chance to heal and live the life he deserves.
Any donation, no matter how small, would mean the world to us and help us give Kash the care he needs. If you’re unable to donate, sharing our story would also help more than you know. Thank you so much for taking the time to read and for supporting Kash.
