Dear friends, family, and kindhearted supporters,

It is with a heavy heart that we write this to ask for help. Gerry has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. She is now facing the urgent need for chemotherapy which starts on Monday. This news has turned our world upside down. Gerry is not only the heart of our family –she is also our primary breadwinner. As she begins this intense and immediate fight for her life, she is unable to work full time, and our family is facing a difficult financial road ahead.

Even while undergoing surgery and countless doctor’s appointments, Gerry has continued to work to support our family. Her strength and determination have been nothing short of inspiring. But now, as her treatment intensifies it will be difficult for Gerry to work the same hours and we are facing an overwhelming financial burden.
