Help Oscar walk again !

My friend Oscar who lives in Costa Rica is one of the best people I have ever met in my life. Truly genuine friend !  He’s always been there for me and  his family.  He’s the kind of guy that is there for you no matter what! His kids reached out to me today saying that he has been in bed for 1 month , this must be hell for someone who loves the ocean, and fishing , he lives a modest life and doesn’t speak English. The doctors say he has a hernia pushing on his spine and has not been able to walk . Literally stuck in bed. He can’t afford a private clinic and the hospitals for the people say it will take over a year to get him an appointment for the hernia surgery. Time is of the essence, he can loose his leg if he is not operated on soon. He runs a whale watch fishing operation out of dominical CR.  His family depends on his income. His kids tell me that covid hit them hard with no tourist and he barely has enough money for a plane ticket.  A local operation to fix his hernia is 20k USD. I’m reaching out to all of you to help him anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated. I feel terrible seeing my friend in pain.
