A mother and her son gone too soon.
Psalms 34:18 “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
On Monday, October 21, 2019 the earthly journey of our baby sister Caitlin came to an end, forever altering our lives. She was 7 ½ months pregnant and was due to give birth to a baby boy, Xzavier on December 9th. So, not only did our mother, Cindy McAllister, lose her youngest daughter but she lost her unborn grandson, Xzavier as well.
Revelation 21:4 states, “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
We have found some peace in knowing that they are in the arms of Jesus. Caitlin was a member of Vertical Church in Zeeland, MI and was greatly influenced by their love and support.
As many of you know, memorial services can be financially draining, and with a lot of our family coming from out of town, they are unable to offer much assistance in this area. We are seeking donations to help cover funeral expenses and other associated costs. God is good and we have faith that He will provide for all of our needs.
