Help save Storm!!!

Hi, my name is Jessica and I am the mom to furbaby Storm. Storm is approximately 2 years old and is the silliest and most affectionate black cat. Storm is a rescue kitty from the Arisopattes and has been with me and her other rescue siblings for about a year. A few days ago I rushed her to the DMV as her head was tilted and she began to walk sideways and fall. I was told to bring her in to see a dermatologist as something was going on deep in her ear canal. Turns out Storm has a fluid buildup up and infection deep within her ear which the specialist says is causing her to walk sideways, have a head tilt and lose her balance. I was told there was nothing I could do to prevent this but that its necessary to have surgery (and CT scan) to fix this issue so it doesn’t worsen or cause more discomfort. Storm has been confused as to why she can’t walk straight or play without falling like her fur siblings. I am doing everything to keep her calm and comfortable. Storm has an appointment Monday May 9, 2022 (the earliest appointment they could give me) and no matter what, she will have this surgery.

 

As I have rescued and am the mom to 4 beautiful fur babies (1 dog and 3 cats, all of whom I rescued), I would never let any of my babies suffer or go untreated. The CT scan and surgery will cost about $3000, and is a large expense that must be paid in one shot. I am posting this as any contribution would really help Storm as this surgery is the only option.
