A brilliant member of this planning team (there are more then Dave and I who are contributing) suggested this option because I do need to start collecting funds so we have enough to put down and pay as we go.
After adding everything up and planning on maximum 100 people (who knows, maybe there will be more), the cost for venue, food, DJ, drinks, decorations, etc. adds up to quite a bit and I have to provide a deposit.
Venue will be announced this week but the cost looks like it will be around $100 per person. Again, this is not an optional payment, if you have RSVP'd, please pay at least that amount for each person in your party and if you want to contribute more....please do! It will all be going to this event and I have some extras I can get.
Please feel free to share this link if you think others might want to just throw a couple of bucks our way to help out. You never know!
