Yesterday, we lost our beloved mother unexpectedly. We are reaching out to the community, ultimately because we were not prepared for this. Our mother, was fighting for her life since April 6th of this year, her road to recovery was the most challenging and difficult one we all faced, but her time was done and she was called home. She passed away in Northfolk Virginia, September 16th, we are trying our hardest to bring her back home to North Carolina to give her a proper send off. My sister, I and our kids are all we have in this state. Our mother didn’t have life insurance or a plan in place for the unexpected. We were told the day before prior to her passing that she was doing good, and not to worry. Our mother was the most loving, patient, and selfless woman I’ve ever known. Again, we are asking for help to give her the most beautiful celebration of life, because she deserved so much more than this.
