Arthur's Kidney Transplant Surgery

Donation protected
Arthur Corenblith, an elementary school teacher in Houston, TX, is one of the nicest, most considerate, loving and caring persons ever! Anyone who knows him will attest to that. There's just not enough space available to describe this extraordinary man!

In the photo, Arthur is in the middle with his two sons on either side of him, with his wife standing behind them.

Arthur has been on dialysis for over a year and has been on a traditional donor list which would probably have taken a lot more time to get a kidney had Arthur's sister not intervened.

To make a long story short, his sister and husband, on the way to San Antonio from Houston to get Arthur enrolled on the donor list there, were greeted by a lovely young woman while at a gas station. This woman had read the sign that was posted on their car window asking for a kidney donor for her little brother. The woman whole heartedly expressed her desire to donate without hesitation.

This wonderful woman turned out to be a perfect match and the surgery is scheduled for February 18, 2016.

We are trying to raise funds to help defray some of the expenses that will be incurred by Arthur after the transplant. One can only imagine the expenses associated with the whole ordeal, before, during and after the procedure.

Please consider donating to this beautiful act of love, a dream come true and the gift of life!

Share in our excitement.
Any amount will be greatly appreciated and will be fully distributed.
