Theo's MRI and diagnostic testing

Theo came to OOTP today.  This tiny 10 week old puppy was found as a stray in the Utica, NY area.  He can't walk and it was originally thought that he had been hit by a car.  But it quickly became evident that he has possible neurological or spinal issues.  So he has an appointment to be evaluated by a specialist on Thursday and will likely require a very expensive MRI.  We don't often ask for funding for dogs in our care, but this will be our second dog needing an MRI in a period of just a few weeks and we have yet another disabled pup (Zoe) requiring significant vetting as well.  Unfortunatly it all adds up.  Thank you for any help with Theo.  Once he has been evaluated we will post an update.
