My pseudo-landlord sold my house from underneath me and I have 1 week to raise about $7000 to cover deposits, utilities, broker's fees, movers, etc to secure a tiny apt I can get to work from. I've done all I can and am still about $2000 short altogether, and I'm signing a lease Wednesday. I have that lease day money covered, but it's the December 1 payments that have me stuck (the broker's fee & electric deposit).
Everyone keeps telling me that every little bit helps and to have to faith and ask for help, so here I am, panicked, working my butt off and asking for help so JackJack and I don't end up living at work.
