Need Surgery
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my names Landon, I am a veteran and a current serving member of the National Guard for the last 17 years, I dislocated and fractured my shoulder outside of work, I’ve been medically cleared to return to work with restrictions but the policy of my employer is that I can not return until medically cleared for full duty, I have been denied disability because medical condition won’t keep me out of work for 12 months or more, I have been denied unemployment because even though I will be returning to my employer once medically cleared for work without restrictions the North Dakota Century Code states that one can not collect unemployment benefits unless physically able to work without restrictions. The surgery I had on June 29th has failed although I may heal over the next six weeks enough to be cleared for work I will not have full mobility of my arm, there is another procedure that can be done but is more evasive and would have a recovery time of 4-5 months, I am asking for donations so that I can have the second surgery and will be able to pay my monthly bills while I recover which are 1700-2000 a month of which gas, groceries, and vehicle maintenance are not included in that sum. I have currently received an emergency relief grant and cashed out my retirement and have my bills paid through September but am asking for your help so I can sustain my household and get my shoulder fixed correctly. Thank you
