custody battle for 2 beautiful boys

Ryan is 6 and his little brother Jordan is 3.  They are the loves of my life! They are two extremely outgoing and loving boys who deserve the best! I would do anything for them which has led me to this point. Myself along with my mom have been able to pay around $9500 between lawyer fees and custody evaluations starting in October 2013. I am an extremely hard working individual and am in no way looking for a handout, I am just financially stretched to the limit and seeking help from whomever it may come from. I am in no way trying to take all custody from their dad because they love him very much and he loves them. He just refuses to give me even the minimum of joint custody after repeated pleas to him so I have been left with no other option than this. Thank you in advance from the bottom of my heart!
