Keep the Love Alive

As sane adults, we can all see that those new electric scooters all over Portland look like tiny green death traps.
It’s also easy to see that our friend Matt Arbo has a child-like wonder and enthusiasm about everything, therefore might not see the danger like the rest of us.
Matt recently tried out one of those scooters and lost, big time. Riding downhill at about 15 MPH, the scooter’s front wheel malfunctioned, locking up and throwing him off into the street.
Matt's wrist, elbow and thumb were broken in the accident. The really bad news? The accident involves both arms. He just had surgery and both hands will be in casts for six weeks.
On top of all the normal functions that we take for granted, Matt finds himself in a place where he can’t enjoy one of the key pleasures in life: Using the loo by himself.
He also won’t be able to return to work until January 2019.
Let’s help Laura and Matt keep the lights on AND keep the love alive. With this campaign, we plan to retrofit their bathroom with a bidet attachment so that Matt can close the door, do his business and leave Laura out of it. Plus, let’s help them pay medical bills and make up for Matt’s three month’s of lost income.
Matt and Laura have a strong relationship and if anyone can come out on the other side even more in love, it’s them. But why test those boundaries?
