On the evening of August 3rd, 2019 George was walking to work when a car came speeding toward him, pinning him between two fences and proceeding to run him over.  He was hospitalized with a broken leg and will need to have reconstructive surgery on his left knee. 

Since the accident, George has been unable to work jobs that require him to be on his feet. He has also run into difficulties with receiving disability and medical insurance and it's unlikely that he will be receiving a settlement from the driver that hit him. He has been doing everything in his power to get through this without asking for help, but the burden is beyond his capability to cope with. 

We, George's family & friends, have set up this page to help alleviate the financial burden on George and assist in getting the essentials such as housing, rehabilitation, medical costs and a living expenses to name just a few. Please give what you can, any donation will make a difference.
