There is no easy way to say this, Cody Diorio, a 27-year-old from New Jersey, is fighting for his life. 

Cody is a kind, caring, and supportive son, brother, and friend. He is the type of person to do anything for you at the drop of a hat without thinking twice about it.  Cody is known for his infectious laugh and tries to make true connections with everybody he meets. Cody recently became an uncle and just started a new job at Ralph Lauren.




On February 8th, his life, and the life of his family and friends changed drastically.  Cody was at a close friend's house when he slipped and fell down the basement stairs.  He hit his head on the basement floor but thought he was okay.  There was no open wound on his head and thought he was fine.  Later in the night he started to lose consciousness and that is when it took a turn for the worst. 

Cody was immediately rushed to the hospital at this point, where it was discovered that he suffered severe head trauma.  Cody is fighting for his life right now, in an induced coma in the Intensive Care Unit.  His family and loved ones sit and wait for any sign of positive news on this road to recovery.  



The cost of staying in the ICU for one day is well over 5,000 dollars.  That is not including tests and medications that will be required for Cody's recovery to be successful.  His family can use any bit of support at this troubling time.  Your donations will go directly to making sure we can do everything possible to make his recovery successful.
