Hey Team

I am very grateful to say I am someone who is a service user of Men Matter Scotland. The efforts these men & women have put into me is life changing and has got me through my toughest times.

I am hoping to raise £2,400 which will go towards a monthly retreat for 12 service users to go to the outdoor centre for the weekend, and take part in things like mindful lanes and wellness. Each trip costs £200, so my goal is to do 12 events this year and hopefully with each one, hit the £200 mark.

if we can go above that mark it would also be incredible.
