Hi everyone. My name is Elijah, I’m a 19 year old trans guy from England. I’m going to get top surgery as soon as I can. i’ve struggled with my body image my whole life, i’ve never felt comfortable in my own skin and this top surgery would really help me with my self-confidence and all round mental health.

My gender dysphoria has been a big struggle, constantly worrying about if I look masculine enough or not. Wearing binders helps that but they cause me to have back problems and breathing problems, therefore being difficult in any situation really.

I honestly can’t wait for the day i’m able to walk around shirtless, freely. Just being able to go swimming for example, not having to wear a shirt in the pool and just feeling the water on my chest would be amazing.
