Funding for electric wheelchair

Hi, my name is Raine (legal name Sarah). Around 14 years ago I started to develop symptoms of Fibromyalgia, in that time I've gone from an extremely athletic and ambitious person to being unable to work due to constant chronic pain, fatigue and many other debilitating symptoms. I currently use a walking stick and an NHS provided manual chair, but it's not enough. For me using a manual chair is extremely exhausting and causes a lot of extra pain, however it is the only thing the NHS will provide. Because of this I tend to use my walking stick on days where I actually really need a chair. Due to our car being small, I need an electric wheelchair that can fold which is why I have picked this model. Because I can't work I'm having to rely on benefits, so there's no way I can afford this myself. Anything you can give to help me get some independence back would be greatly appreciated.
