My name is Joshua Sexton. I am creating this fundraiser to assist in covering the costs associated with my younger brother Steven Sexton's burial. He will have a military funeral with honors he has earned. We will notify his friends and family of the day, time, and location.

All proceeds go to cover costs. Any money that is left over will go to set up accounts for his children that will be given to them when they are much older. The military covers the cost of his burial as well as his headstone and the cost of the flag and detail but not the overall funeral expenses such as the casket.

My brother's death was untimely and unexpected. He was 33 years old and passed away at Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital Sienna Campus - Henderson, Nevada near his home in Las Vegas. This happened on January 15th, 2023.

My brother Steven was loved by all that knew him. He made friends wherever he went. He always made sure others didn't go without. He loved his family dearly. His kids were his whole heart, life, and reason for living. He is survived by his wife Mika and his children, Stasi, Gabriel, Eveana and Sean.

Anything that can be donated is appreciated and helps a lot. Thank you for all the love and support you have given Steven over the years.

I will miss my brother greatly as he was also my best friend. We spoke daily and shared memes and talked about life and the world and about the challenges he faced from the things he couldn't let go of from his time in the military and at war. We have all lost someone that cannot be replaced. Steven will never be replaced in all our hearts.
