Hey all

I am a 27 year old who wants nothing more than to run her own boutique food catering trailer.

I have a few ideas but ultimately I want to share my 2 joys in life GOOD coffee and a well FILLED jacket potato

I also want to offer a blue light/NHS service discounts whereby a free/discounted service will be given

I currently work full time with hopes this will change soon when I put everything into making this a reality. It will happen, it's just when. So here we are. I'm just trying to make that happen sooner and although I feel incredibly cheeky by being on here, I just know it will be payed forward in the way I aim to run my van.
