Help Shane Heal

My name is Fulton Fortner. My little brother, Shane, was in a car wreck that turned into an inferno. It's been just over a month now, and I thought everyone could use an update.

His chest, back, face, hands and arms were badly burned. He's been receiving care at the Western States Burn Center in Greeley, CO. There have been several major surgeries, with several minor surgeries still to go. He is almost healed up enough to be discharged from the burn unit. The work done by Shandy, Tralyn, and the entire incredible staff of the Burn Unit his recovery has been nothing short of amazing.

There is still a long road ahead for Shane and the whole family, including lots of physical and occupational therapy far from home. But thanks to the generosity of everyone of you, they at least have a head start. Shane is in high spirits despite his situation, and ready to tackle the rest of his recovery. Thank you from the bottom of all our hearts to each and every one of you.
