Hello, my name is Jazmine Hall, and I’m the proud mom of a beautiful and strong little girl named Madelyn. Recently, Madelyn has been facing some medical issues that require ongoing treatment and specialist care. Madelyn was born at 34 weeks and spent three weeks in the nice since than it’s been a battle with her gaining weight and finding out all the other medical problems she is facing

We are currently traveling back and forth to St. Paul, Minnesota every other week for medical appointments and procedures that will continue through November. These trips are necessary to give Madelyn the care she needs, but they’ve placed a heavy financial burden on our family.

Between the cost of airfare, gas, lodging, food, missed work, and bills at home, we are doing everything we can to stay afloat. But we’ve reached a point where we need to ask for help.
