Chloe' Knoxs' Heart Surgery Fund

My name is Monica, and I am Chloe's mom.  Chloe was born with 2 severe heart defects; Tetrology of Fallot with Severe Pulmonary Stenosos.  She had closed heart surgery when she was only 3 days old, and open heart when she was 3 years old.  Last week Chloe went in for a heart catherization, and we were told that Chloe' must recieve a new valve, as soon as this summer.  
We are reaching out to friends, family, and folks that we don't even know, for any support that you can offer.  Whether it be monitary, or prayer.  Chloe works at Walmart part time and makes very little money, and already the bills have surpassed $10,000, and that is with insurance paying their portion.   Texas Childrens Adult Care is calling us on a daily basis, wanting these funds paid down before we can schedule the open heart valve replacement surgery.
