My car's transmission needs to be replaced and because of the nature of the damage I was told that it voids the warranty. I was told the damage is underneath the car, I am not sure how or when it happened but I suspect it had to have happened while I Was navigating some sort of construction that has been going on everywhere in the city leading up to this NFL Draft chaos.

When the tech looked at the care he said that it was leaking fluid and when he tried to put more in it started leaking and metal was coming out as well. The estimate is $4,990 plus tax.

Over the past month we have been hit with several large unexpected expenses and while we have mostly been able to resolve them, it has left us in a tight spot financially... so naturally we have had yet another even larger unexpected expense dropped in our lap.

I need this car to make money. Without it, I can't work. So I really need to get this fixed ASAP

I plan on listing some things for sale (I can send you a list of what I have for sale if you message me) but I know that I will likely still have a shortfall even if those sales are successful and I will still need to get the rest.

I have applied to and been approved for a loan with the company my dealership works with, but it is only $500, which is def a help, but obviously not sufficient. We are pooling our money together to get this resolved, but as I mentioned earlier the unexpected expenses we had to shoulder this month have left us with little to work with.
