Kidney donor needed

Due to our son having end-stage renal failure which is also known as polycystic kidney disease we,are trying to look to raise money to help with his medical needs and finding someone to help donate their kidney for him he is Type O positive can receive O Negative we have been running into issue where we need money to compensate for the people being out of work for at least one to two months to pay their bills all the medical bills are covered it's just that we cannot come up with the money to pay the donor for being out of work to helping our son that was diagnose at the age of 23 and still is on dialysis as of today age  27 also today his birthday our son is such a great loving and giving person . We have had many calls and inquiries due to the message on the back of my vehicle but when they called is they don't have the funds for being out of work for one to two months to recover and they need funds to help them to get through the months in order to be a donor so this is why we're raising the money so at least we'll have 2 months to compensate for the donor for being out of work for donating their kidney for a loving son cause he so deserves it so we are asking everyone or anyone that could possibly donate to this gofundme to raise money for a loving son age 27 for a better life instead of being on a dialysis machine every single night he so deserves to have somewhat of a normal life..Praying for a donor....
