Hello everyone.
My name is Janine, and with my sister Kristin, we are asking for your help in support of our brother Kenny.
In June, Kenny sustained a traumatic brain injury while in Florida. He was intubated in the field and rushed to the hospital via helicopter. His recovery so far has exceeded everyone's expectations, even those of the medical staff. Although his recovery to-date is a miracle given the severity of the injury, he still has a long road to travel.
Although Kenny wants nothing more than to return to work, unfortunately that's just not a possibility right now. As I'm sure everyone knows, that doesn't stop the bills from piling up. My sister and I are doing our best to help out financially, but we are limited in our ability to do so.
The financial stress is taking its toll on Kenny, as it would anyone. A stress that could hinder further recovery.
We have started this fund in the hopes of relieving some of the financial burden (about 99% is medical) currently weighing Kenny down. With your support, we can alleviate some of Kenny's financial stress, giving him ease of mind and ensuring a speedier recovery.
