On the night of January 26, Jeff took a terrible fall 20 feet off a barn and hit his head on a concrete wall. It caused severe head trauma. He has already had surgery to drain a clot from his brain and is in trauma intensive care in critical condition. He also has hemorrhage on both sides of the front of the brain as well as a severely fractured skull. He is in an induced coma and they have him paralyzed. The doctors are keeping an eye on his cranial pressure and if his levels get too high they will have to send him for a craniectomy. His injuries include several hematomas on the brain and fractures to his skull and spine. He is still in a very fragile state of health and has a long road ahead to recovery.
Jeff has the biggest heart and has always helped everyone that he could in their time of need. Today, I'm asking for that in return. We appreciate everything everyone has done so far, Jeff really has an amazing support group. He is a fighter and we are here to see him through this tough time. ❤
