Mark was diagnosed with ALS in 2010, the average expense for a person living with ALS is about $200,000, that is for anything not covered by insurance. The alterations to a home or even a gadget to help him use his computer to talk, or work, helps to make life a bit easier for him.  We are very lucky to be associated with a group called Compassionate Care ALS, they have provided some equipment such as ramps, walkers, personal equipment.  Thankfully he has his power chair that helps to get around, with out it we would not be able to go on little adventures, and it has been great for him to feel a little independent.  .  We thank you in advance for your generosity.
