We need your help to get on the road again!

I currently have one of my grandchildren staying with me, and an unexpected circumstance means I may have a couple other kiddos staying with us temporarily. I am asking for help with paying a DMV fine and bringing my car up to legal status.

A while back, our insurance lapsed. This resulted in a fine for each of our vehicles. My name was on three of them, so my fine is $1800, even though two of them have already had a fine paid by their co-owner. My license is suspended and I cannot renew the tags for my car until the fine is paid. My Mitzi also needs a new state inspection, and will need two control arms replaced in order to pass. I have a goal of $2500 to take care of the fines, license reinstatement, tag renewal, and parts required for the inspection.

My daughter-in-law has been amazing about driving us around, and several of my family and friends have helped out tremendously, but being able to drive myself in my own car will be super beneficial for more than just myself. This includes being able to babysit for a few important friends, pick my nieces/nephews up from school when they're sick, take the furbabies for vet visits, take myself and the kiddos to church, and make extra money.
