Help for David's Health & Family

Hello, I'm Jake Casella Brookins, writing on behalf of the immediate family of my father, David Casella. Dad was diagnosed with lung cancer this year, and his health has recently taken a turn for the worse, with the cancer spreading to his brain. We're hoping to relocate him from Pennsylvania to a skilled nursing facility in Buffalo, NY, where his children and grandchild can spend more time with him and better advocate for his care.

Any money donated will be used to help cover David's medical bills and other end-of-life costs, as well as help offset the missed work and frequent travel we've needed to help him throughout this difficult process.
