The Lambert Dance Project

Greetings community of supporters. I am seeking your assistance in making my next NYC concert possible and I need your help. This full scale production will be in collaboration with world renowned master musician/composer Kevin Nathaniel Hylton of the movie BELOVED, Alice Walker's Possessing the Secret of Joy, original member of The Spirit Ensemble, Heritage O P, Forestdance and Kaleidhaphonic.

As many of you know, I am very passionate about DANCE and I know that this is my CALLING. I fell in love with this art form at an audition for a performing arts (Norland) middle school in Miami, FL. I knew instantaneously that this is what I NEEDED to do. By God's grace I found a studio The Dancexchange Inc. under Linda Rogers Albritton and Yayi Faretta to further my training, which many of you who are receiving this witnessed my development there as a child. Well, I've been traversing this art world through various hats and pants. As an alumni of New World School of the Arts, The Juilliard School B.F.A., Fosse 1st National Tour, Katherine Dunham Tribute @Jacob's Pillow, Martha Graham Dance Co., Sean Curran Co. Including many solo guest appearances throughout the world. Additionally starring in FELA! on Broadway/Nigeria/World Tour. And most importantly, assisting my mentor Dr. Reginald Yates in residencies and performances. Seeing so much here and there I am compelled and feel that NOW is the time to reciprocate that magic back to you.

The contribution you're making today will go a long way in helping me to create a product that will have a long life.

The concert/production is scheduled for September 9th-12th 2014.

Any donation amount will help in reaching my goal and I believe we can do it collectively.

Thank you. Thank you and thanks.
