School House/Studio Renovation

Please help raise funds to renovate historic school house on our (Miss Gina and Jeff's) property into a small dance studio!! The roof and foundation are in great shape, but the interior needs paint and some demolition. We also will need funds for permits to run electricity and water to the structure.
How great will it be to have ballet classes set among towering pine trees and beautiful views five minutes from Hwy. 50!!
Private dance coaching is set to commence in September, so we need help with funds ASAP. Ballet enthusiasts will receive a free private lesson once the studio is ready for classes.
As Jeff and I are my Mom's primary caregivers, it would help out immensely to only walk a few yards to teach instead of driving many miles each day.
