Australian Mens Sixes Lacrosse Team

We are the Australian Men’s Sixes Lacrosse Team competing in The World Games 2022, being held in Birmingham, Alabama USA in July.

We are the first Australian Men’s Lacrosse Team to compete at The World Games.

This is another exciting step towards re-inclusion to the Olympic Games and will be amazing for the growth of our sport in Australia and globally.

As self-funded athletes for world events, each player is required to pay their full cost of the campaign, including things such as flights, accommodation, meals, apparel and equipment. Other top ranked teams (USA, Canada and Haudenosaunee Nationals) are well funded and include professional players from the North American Leagues.

The Australian Team is asking for your support as we progress towards our July departure for The World Games 2022.

Donations received on this page will go directly towards offsetting the cost of our 12 players representing Australia.

This will help to reduce the costs to players and assist them to fully focus on training, without the burden of arranging fundraising activities.
