The help Gina finish Grad School fund

Dear family, friends and community
I am humbly reaching out for your support. I am in my thesis semester of a Master of Fine Arts program at Florida State University and have run out of funding for my fees. I will not graduate if these fees are not paid. I have maxed out my student loans and the money I make from teaching goes towards living expenses.
I have worked several jobs while in Graduate School in an attempt to offset the cost (Ceramic instructor at FSU, Art teacher at Lafayette Arts and Crafts, Teaching Assistant for Summer Arts in California, etc.). While at FSU I was awarded a Graduate fellowship by the Graduate School.
I have been working hard towards graduation.
My thesis work is a communal prayer for social justice and a better world for our future generations. I am creating an installation with 4 large naguales (owl, jaguar, bear, and deer) about 7-9 ft tall, standing in the four cardinal points around a coyolxauhqui (mexica moon goddess). The audience will be asked to roll tobacco ties and make an offering towards a communal prayer/intention for a better world. There will also be a sound element to the installation. You can see in progress photos on Facebook.
I have been hard at work both in the studio producing the physical work and at my desk in the writing of the thesis.
It has been a challenge being far from home. Social media such as Facebook and Skype have kept my spirit alive. It is now that I attempt to use this same media to ask for your help.
I thank you all in advance for your support.
Muchisimas Gracias
