Hi everyone! We are the Heriot-Watt Motorsports Society, a group of 25+ passionate students engaging in one of the most exciting challenges of our university lives.

We are a brand-new team with a big dream: to build, prepare, and race our own car in the BRSCC CityCar Cup, through Student Motorsport . We have the engineers, the business students, the mechanics, and the determination, but motorsport is expensive, and we are starting from scratch, without any help from our university. We are a fully student-led, student-run, student-funded team, and we need your help.

This isn't just about driving fast. This project is a massive educational opportunity. For our Engineers, it’s real-world experience in welding, vehicle setup, and mechanics that can't be learned in a classroom. For our Business Team, it’s a crash course in managing budgets, logistics, and marketing.

Where Your Money Goes:

We are raising funds to cover the essential start-up costs:

The Car: Purchasing a donor vehicle (e.g., C1/107/Aygo).

Safety: A mandatory roll cage, race seat, harness, and fire extinguisher system.

Equipment: Tools, pit board, and safety wear for the crew.

Race Fees: Entry costs for the championship.
