Hi, I’m Anna and I’m raising money to help my sister, Renata, beat cancer. Renata is a single mom of two kids. The picture posted is over 10 years old. Her kids are now 18 and 20. Their dad, her ex husband, is not in the picture, so she’s been doing it on her own for a long time. She’s worked hard her entire life to support her kids, and has finally agreed for me to try to help her.

Renata was first diagnosed with ovarian cancer a little over 3 years ago. She had a hysterectomy and went through chemotherapy. The cancer was gone for 18 months, but it returned again the beginning of 2023. Renata had more chemo and was back in remission in December. Unfortunately, the cancer returned by February. She is currently undergoing treatment (chemo again), but we are looking into other treatments. The money raised will go towards a test that will test the cancer against many FDA approved drugs, not just the few typically used to fight ovarian cancer in order to see which drug would have the best results. Additionally, there is an immunotherapy treatment clinic in Mexico where she can receive treatment. Neither the test nor the treatment center are covered by insurance, so I’m asking you all for help.
